Is there support for my child if they are having a problem?
YES. The tutor-assist line is available five nights a week, Monday to Friday from 4.00pm to 8.00pm, 50 weeks of the year (based on NSW EST). Each tutor is qualified to assist the young learner to both understand and assimilate the conceptin his or her dominant style of learning. Assistance transcends both Maths and English.
Is there training for the program?
YES. When the program is installed, full training is provided on a one-on-one basis and tutors are available to assist you over the telephone.
How soon can I have the program installed?
Within seven days of purchase or whenever it is most convenient for you.
Is the program suitable for children with learning disabilities?
Absolutely. The programmes assist the learner to create and internalise the corrective processes to overcome their difficulty.
Is the program applicable for Gifted and Talented children?
Yes. It allows the gifted child to surge ahead and incorporates extension questions in each section. It also allows him/her to explore areas that are suitable to their level of development, encouraging complete expansion of their level of intelligence.
Is the program available in schools?
Yes.
How do I get more information?
A qualified consultant will come and demonstrate the power of the program in the comfort of your own home. All question and queries shall be addressed once you have a deeper understanding of the process. The demonstration is entirely obligation free.
How can I purchase the program?
A qualified consultant will come and demonstrate the power of the program in the comfort of your own home. Each learner shall be requested to complete a brief assessment, which shall allow us to recognise both areas of strengths and weaknesses. Based on the results of the assessment the consultant shall recommend the best choice to suit the individual.
How much will it cost?
This will depend on the programme that is both recommended and selected.
What happens if my child does not use the program?
Part of your responsibility as a parent is that you need to constantly offer encouragement and positive motivation to your child.
Fortunately, in most cases we have found that the more the learner uses the program, the more they want to use it as they find themselves thinking faster and more efficiently. They also find themselves improving and answering questions, which they never would have done before. This is a self-perpetuating exercise i.e. the more they improve the more they enjoy it.
As the learner also improves, so does his/her computational skills and efficiency, thus the amount of time required to cover the same amount of work proportionately decreases and often parents are under the impression that the child is no longer using it!
What do I do if there is a problem with the software?
We have a Technical Support team available via phone support five nights a week Monday to Friday from 4.00pm to 8.00pm.
Is the program upgradeable?
Yes, the program is upgraded as the syllabus changes. These updates are provided through our members website.
Is it necessary to forward reports?
It is imperative that reports are forwarded on a regular bases, as this enables our professional team of tutors/teachers to both help consolidate areas of weaknesses as well as guide the young learner to appropriate strengthening exercise. The development of each child is a highly individual process and we can only guide them professionally once we are familiar with the unique characteristics of the learner, which is gleaned from both their reports and by speaking to them.
Once I have sent reports, can I expect feedback?
Yes, each report is assessed and appropriate feedback is sent within 2-5 working days from the date, which it was received.
Do I receive feedback on English too?
Absolutely. Proper development in English is extremely important as in the Senior years of High school the student must have the skills to write a comprehensive essay in each subject, which shall emulate the students knowledge in the subject. Thus, we monitor the development in English and constantly give supporting guidelines that includes written exercises
