Each tutor is qualified to assist the young learner to both understand and assimilate the concept in his or her dominant style of learning. Assistance is provided for both Maths and English.
YES. When the program is installed, full training is provided on a one-on-one basis. After the program has been installed tutors and technical support personnel are available to assist you over the telephone and through email.

Each learner shall be requested to complete a brief assessment, which shall allow us to recognise both areas of strengths and weaknesses. Based on the results of the assessment the consultant shall recommend the best choice to suit the individual.

Fortunately, in most cases we have found that the more the learner uses the program, the more they want to use it as they find themselves thinking faster and more efficiently. They also find themselves improving and answering questions, which they never would have done before. This is a self-perpetuating exercise i.e. the more they improve the more they enjoy it.
As the learner also improves, so does his/her computational skills and efficiency, thus the amount of time required to cover the same amount of work proportionately decreases and often parents are under the impression that the child is no longer using it!

It is imperative that reports are forwarded on a regular bases, as this enables our professional team of tutors/teachers to both help consolidate areas of weaknesses as well as guide the young learner to appropriate strengthening exercise. The development of each child is a highly individual process and we can only guide them professionally once we are familiar with the unique characteristics of the learner, which is gleaned from both their reports and by speaking to them.

Proper development in English is extremely important as in the Senior years of High school the student must have the skills to write a comprehensive essay in each subject, which shall emulate the students knowledge in the subject. Thus, we monitor the development in English and constantly give supporting guidelines that includes written exercises.
