Is there support for my child if they are having a problem?

YES. The tutor support line is available five nights a week, Monday to Friday from 4.00pm to 8:00pm Australian EST, 50 weeks of the year. Each tutor is qualified to assist the young learner to both understand and assimilate the concept in his or her dominant style of learning. Assistance transcends both Maths and English.

What do I do if there is a problem with the software?
